Eleanor Lloyd is an Olivier award-winning independent theatre producer and general manager.

Eleanor was awarded a Stage One Producer’s Bursary in 2005 and in 2009 she was a finalist in the British Council’s Young Performing Arts Entrepreneur Award.

Tom Powis – Associate Producer & General Manager

Tom joined ELP from Fiery Angel where he was Head of Touring. Eleanor and Tom first met at Theatre 503 in 2009 after which Tom spent a brief time working for Eleanor in 2010 on productions including Gambling and Marine Parade.

Whilst at Fiery Angel, Tom was responsible for the booking and contracting of all productions touring the UK and Ireland, including the smash-hit comedy The Ladykillers and children’s favourite Peppa Pig’s Big Splash.  Tom started his career at Fiery Angel as a Stage One Apprentice, during which time he line managed the first UK tour of Goodnight Mister Tom with Chichester Festival Theatre. This was the first production of the Children’s Touring Partnership which later went on to win the 2013 Olivier Award for Best Entertainment and Family. An Arts Council funded initiative, Tom was appointed Associate Producer for the Children’s Touring Partnership working primarily on the development of new work and funding applications.

Tom has also produced independently in London, including Mixed Marriage (Finborough) and The Changeling (Southwark Playhouse).
